Greg LeMond, whowon the Tour de France in 1986, 1989 and 1990will participate in the 40-mile ride along withformer Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
The 33rd annual ride is dedicated to Giffords, who will ride with her husband, retired astronaut Mark Kelly.
