After being postponed earlier in June due to a forest fire, the Arizona state championship road race took to the course Saturday in Show Low.
Wouter Zwart (Stone House Group p/b ProBike) took the Pro/Cat 1 Men’s title ahead of Adam Bryfogle (Landis/Trek), although Marcel Berger won the field. Berger lives in New Mexico, and isn’t eligible for Arizona’s championship title.
Amy Chandos (NAU Cycling) won the Pro/Cat 1 Women’s title, while Jennifer Camoriano (Two Wheel Jones) grabbed the Women’s Cat 3 championship.
