For the second year in a row, Prescott’s Chloe Woodruff (Stan’s No Tubes/Niner Bikes/Clif Bar) brought home wins at the Whiskey Off-Road pro cross-country race and crit.
Woodruff rode away from Georgia Gould (Luna/Orbea/Fox), of Fort Collins, Colo., on Sunday in the cross-country race held in Prescott, beating Gould by 13 seconds. She also bested Gould Friday in the crit.
On the men’s side, Howard Grotts (Specialized), of Durango, Colo., took the win by a nearly two-minute lead over Derek Zandstra (Scott, Shimano, CRCS DKI) of Ontario.
