Neilson Powless (Axeon-Hagens Berman) and Coryn Rivera (UnitedHealthcare) took the men’s and women’s wins last week at the Joe Martin Stage Race in Fayetteville, Ark., to claim respective leads in the 2016 Pro Road Tour standings.
