Emelia from our Ahwatukee shop will be leading you to mountain bike glory on this ride! Just kidding…this is a VERY beginner oriented ride on South Mountain. You will be riding to and from the shop to the Warpaint Trailhead just up the street and riding the easiest part of the mountain.
Don’t be intimidated, this is a “Learn to MTB” type of group ride. Great opportunity to get your feet wet in the sport, or get back on the horse if you haven’t ridden in a while.
Everyone is welcome, and Emelia is excited to give you some pointers on how to ride in certain scenarios and how to improve your skills!
Capable mountain bikes and helmets are a must.
Bring plenty of water (Camelbak style pack or multiple water bottles recommended)
MEET AT 6:30-6:45. WHEELS DOWN AT 7AM at Ahwatukee Global Bikes 40th & Ray by Fry’s
