8-Hour First Aid is HYBRID: 6 hours virtual, 2 hours in-person. The link to the virtual portion is in your BikeReg confirmation email. You MUST complete the ALL of the virtual portion before attending the in-person session. You MUST complete BOTH the virtual portion and the in-person session to receive your certificate. The in-person session is from 5 – 7 pm. Please be prompt, wear comfortable clothes, and bring paper/pen for taking notes. I provide all necessary supplies.
1.5-Hour CPR is FULLY IN-PERSON from 7:15 – 8 pm. Please be prompt, wear comfortable clothes, and bring paper/pen for taking notes. I provide all necessary supplies.
Both 8-Hour First Aid and 1.5-Hour CPR are approved by NICA for Coach Levels 2 and 3. Both are good for 2 years.
