We are stoked to be headed back to Danville, one of PA’s up and coming mountain bike destinations, for our 2024 PICL Coach Retreat. We’ve got another amazing weekend of programming for new and seasoned coaches alike, as well as plenty of group riding for a variety of skill levels.  

The Coach Retreat sessions will address mind, body, character and community. Participants will gain knowledge, understanding and practical skills to up level their coaching and better support their student-athletes in each of these areas. 

2024 Coach Retreat registration includes: 

• Full day of programming on Saturday @ Pine Barn Inn & Hess Recreation Area
• Saturday Breakfast @ Pine Barn Inn
• Saturday Lunch @ Danville Spring Fling (Participants will receive a voucher to “cash in” at a Spring Fling food vendor for lunch.)
• Group rides on Friday, Saturday and Sunday @ Hopewell, Geisinger Trails and Roaring Creek

For an additional fee, you may add: 

• NICA-Approved First Aid: $80 (Coach Level 2 & 3)
• CPR: $50 (Coach Level 2 & 3)
• OTB 101: $20 (discounted rate for Coach Retreat attendees)
• OTB 201: $20 (discounted rate for Coach Retreat attendees)  
• Festival-style tent camping at Hess Recreation Area: $15/person for the weekend (Tents, roof-top tents and camper vans, only. Limited power available at the pavilion. Showers, bathrooms, potable water, and dumpsters are available on-site.)

Campsites for RVs, campers, and pop-ups can be reserved for an additional fee at Indian Head, Knoebels, Lake Glory or J&D. 

Lodging can be reserved for an additional fee at Pine Barn Inn. To receive the discounted PICL rate of $149/night, please call Pine Barn Inn at 570-275-2071 and indicate that you’re a PICL Coach.
