When Brandon McNulty (LUX-Stradling p/b Specialized) comes home to Phoenix, he’ll be wearing a gold medal around his neck.
The 18-year-old became a junior world champion time trialist Tuesday at UCI Road Worlds in Doha, Qatar.
“It’s truly amazing,” McNulty told Clipped In. “I’ve visualized this probably a million times and still this feeling of it happening in real life is nothing I ever could have imagined!”
